Reviewing Accessibility Features
This week PUB 101 addressed the significance of creating accessible cyberinfrastructure. Upon the initial publishing of my domain I did not consider accessibility features, which I feel quite ignorant about. That being said, my goal this week has been to use the accessibility testing resources provided in order to review what needs to reform. In addition to taking into account the five main areas that should entail accessibility features which include; captions, content size, colour, visual presentation of links, and text legibility.
Using the website accessibility checker, I ran a test on this domain in order to see which areas require the most attention. Below I will be including screenshots for future references of the areas I scored well in, and the areas I scored poorly in. This was I always have something to look back on as I work on developing my domain.
